Study methods
Get that A+
1
Blurting
3
highlight method
The Blurting method is where you get you piece of paper and write down everything you remember about a topic then with a different colors pen (preferably red) get out notes and use them to see what you got wrong/forgot and do the necessary correction, now you know your strengths and weaknesses regarding that subject. This method works best for classes that require memorisation like biology
2
Teaching method
Make a list of the concepts, terms, and vocab, guiding questions you need to know (like a study guide) then grab a friend or family member and teach each one to them.
Write. down all the terms, vocab, concepts, and guiding questions you need to know along with their answers/definitions. Grab 3 highlighters preferably green, orange, and red. highlight the terms in green for the ones that you 100% understand and you can easily explain to someone. Orange for the ones you have some form of understanding but you arent 100% there yet and cant teach some else to where they’ll fully understand too. Red is for the terms that you don't understand. The terms highlighted in orange and red are the terms that you need to review or even learn again and what you’ll need to focus on

thrive in the social circle

Nutrition Coaching
For effective nutrition, focus on eating a variety of whole foods—fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. Stay hydrated, manage portion sizes, and listen to your body’s hunger cues. Make gradual, balanced changes to build sustainable, healthy eating habits.
Staying Fit
Focus on feeling strong and healthy rather than a specific weight. Enjoy activities and eat nutritious foods that make you feel good. Celebrate your progress and listen to your body’s needs.
Weight Gain
If you want to gain weight, focus on eating nutrient-rich, calorie-dense foods like nuts, avocados, and lean proteins. Combine this with strength training to build muscle. Be patient and consistent, and celebrate your progress along the way.
Weight Loss
For weight loss, prioritize a balanced diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins, while managing portion sizes. Incorporate regular physical activity that you enjoy. Stay patient and focus on gradual, sustainable changes rather than quick fixes.
*We take dietary restrictions for health, religious or personal reasons into consideration and remember, your worth isn’t defined by a number on the scale. Embrace your journey and focus on how you feel and what you can achieve. True strength comes from within, not from a measurement.
